Putting up the Christmas Tree!

It was finally time for us to get a Christmas Tree. I think Aaron was trying his hardest to get by without one, but it was time. We decided on this beautiful tree. Unfortunity our ceiling is not a 9 foot ceiling which I thought but Aaron was sure it was more than 9 feet. Needless to say we don't have the top of our tree, but it looks good with the star on top.

Dakota loved playing in the box that the tree came in. They both colored the box and played in for about 2 hours. What great and easy fun. The tree took about 4 hours to complete and I am hoping that Aaron is happy with the way the tree turned about.

While deciding on what kinds of ornaments to get for our tree we figured the best would be the non glass ones. Dakota and Haleigh both were able to put on the tree a snowglobe ornment that is soft and lights ups. They both love it. Dakota loves to turn on the tree and just sit by the tree.

How fun! I love the new background! I wish I knew how to change mine like that.

Your tree looks great! I a sure that no one would have noticed the lack of tree top. It is amazing how much you can cover up with some ornaments and lights. We had a strange looking tree one year but it looked just fine once it was decorated.

Hi kids,
What fun to see your tree and doing the cookies. These are the memories that will last a life time. Kids are smart. They know how to do all kinds of things.

Merry Christmas.
